Haul: Pixi Beauty x Sudio

I’ve always been a longtime supporter of Weylie. I’ve watched her videos ever since I was a thirteen year old girl and I’m twenty two years old now. When she first came out with her very own eyelashes with Elf Cosmetics the first time around, I bought her lashes even though I don’t know how to wear falsies yet lol. When I found out she was coming out with her very own eyeshadow with Pixi Beauty I went ahead and bought it. Judy had a collaboration with Pixi Beauty awhile back too and I bought both of her curated set with them: eyeshadow palette and a lip palette and I love them. I love it, when my favorite beauty gurus come out with their own products with a company that I love and adore. I love that Weylie’s eyeshadow palette is neutral and shimmery what I can somewhat work with since I don’t really do much with my eyes to begin with. It’s always a bonus because it comes with a dual ended eyeliner.

I know Sudio is not a beauty related item but I just had to mention the brand because I love it so much ever since I got them. I’ve been wearing them nonstop just because they are so lightweight and after X amount of hours I wear them in my ear it doesn’t hurt compared to other earbuds/headphones I’ve tried out. It’s also a much more affordable alternative if you were wanting the beats or powerbeats by Dre. Just a thought, and maybe watch some reviews on Youtube on these earbuds if you want to give it a try. Personally, I love them because it just’s so pretty it’s rose gold and black. It matches my fitbit perfectly ha.

Haul: L’occitane x Rifle Paper Co

I was so excited when this popped up on my Instagram. The cute tin box on the left was free if you were able to go into a L’occitane store and redeem if you had a email coupon. However, I don’t have any L’occitane store near me as I’m usually at my apartment near my university as I’m a college student.

I really wanted this cute curated set before it would run out so I placed an online order instead. You can only get this free if you made a purchase so in order to get this tin box that comes with a hand cream and ultra rich body cream retails for $20 but you get it for free. I bought the soft winter hand set for $8 which comes with a cute pouch and two hand creams and a bar of soap. I bought this and paid $4.95 shipping so the total came out to $12.95 for everything shipped in the picture.

So far I’ve been using the rose hand cream constantly and it smells amazing and I love that it helps moisturize my dry hand but also my cuticle as well. Well worth the purchase if I do say so myself. If you spend $49 you get free shipping but if you can’t justify spending that much maybe buy something cheaper and pay for shipping because in my opinion I think it’s worth it considering the cute tin box retails for $20.

Haul: Sephora Favorites Skincare Routine Combo Skin

As I’ve mentioned before in my past posts I love Sephora Favorites sets especially when it comes to skincare products. I guess they released this skincare routine set curated to three type of skin: combination skin, dry skin, and normal skin. I’m usually on the dry to normal skin side but decided to pick up this set as I’ve been wanting to try a few things from this set and it was well worth the $28 when the retail value is at $79. A greater value compared to the dry and normal skin. I only saw this because of Ashley @beautybudgetcollection on Instagram and Beauty Budget Collection on WordPress. I swear she is a must follow and I nearly died when I found out that she followed me back on this blog. [insert hugs emoji]

I don’t usually shop at Sephora because I prefer Ulta and I feel like just because I’m petite (as I am only 4’9″) and may look a lot younger than I really but am not, as I am 21 years old and is turning 22 soon and will be graduating college this year.. ha off topic but every time I walk into a Sephora I get this vibe where the sales associates babies me as I am a child and well don’t take me seriously and don’t help me so… I never go there. It’s only at this one specific Sephora near my house and the other Sephoras not in my area is about a forty to forty five minutes drive away.

I cannot wait to try out these products since they are all new to me except the son & park beauty water I have a full size when I bought it from Soko Glam on Black Friday but haven’t got the chance to use it as I am working on finishing up my Thayer’s Witch Hazel toner before opening up a new toner.

Haul: Ulta Love Your Skin Event

Ulta’s annual 21 days of beauty events featuring skincare products. To say the least, I wasn’t a big fan of this beauty event compared to the rest of their 21 days of beauty event. Anyways, onto my haul…

The First Aid Beauty ultra repair creams were on sale on January 18th for half off at $10 each (originally $20) so I bought two since it was like getting two for the price of one.  I know for a fact that I can buy their full size to get my money’s worth but I tend to like minis as I travel back and forth from my home to my university quite often. Minis are a lifesaver for me. It’s a must have and must try product since I suffer from eczema and this cream not only helps with that but it hydrates my dry face. I love love this product.

Honestly, I wasn’t drawn into this event as much since many of the products they had featured were products I wasn’t interested in trying or have tried and didn’t work out for me. The only other thing I bought was the Tarte maracuja oil which were on sale on January 20th for half off at $8 (originally $16) so I bought two again for the price of one. I’m excited to try these out as I’ve heard many great benefits of maracuja oil for the face.
